Business Development Manager – Payroll Specialist

Salary: £35,000 (£100k+ Guaranteed OTE first year, Company Car, Benefits)

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in payroll services to join our expanding team. You will drive growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet each business's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and engage potential SME clients to promote our payroll services.
  • Generate strong inbound leads for payroll services and software sales.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand payroll challenges and present customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the SME sector.
  • Provide product demonstrations on payroll software and usability.
