About the Company

Duplex is a well-established supplier of high-quality commercial and industrial cleaning machines. We're known for our premium products, expert training, and excellent customer service. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in generating new machine sales, which drive the business.

About the Role

We’re seeking a self-driven, skilled sales professional! This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager based in northern England. You should be an experienced, successful salesperson capable of building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying needs, and achieving positive outcomes. You will manage your own pipeline using our CRM system, account manage our dealer network in northern England and Scotland, and represent the business at relevant events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

You will demonstrate our range of high-quality cleaning machines to corporate and end-user clients. Your duties include identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, researching market trends, creating sales strategies, negotiating deals, forecasting revenue, and driving growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share.

Qualifications

  • Business development, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the cleaning industry or related field is preferable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to build and maintain product and industry knowledge
