The company offers a range of nutritional products, including Grenade Bars and Drinks, catering to both B2B and B2C markets.

Join our dynamic UK Sales Team within the Out of Home channel as a Business Development Manager. This role offers a great opportunity for an aspiring sales professional to develop skills in a supportive and high-performing environment during a period of growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and retain profitable new business opportunities within the Foodservice channel, focusing on growth in the UK Foodservice sector.
  • Engage with various levels of customer contacts, including Route to Market Account Managers, Contract Caterer Buyers, and Site Level Catering Managers.
  • Agree and implement Joint Business Plans with Contract Caterers to increase distribution.
  • Act as the main contact for customer decision-makers.
  • Conduct strategic depot calls and site visits to promote products and activate sales.
  • Manage existing relationships, grow accounts, and introduce new products to current customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, business development days, and site activations as appropriate.
  • Complete administrative and reporting tasks promptly and accurately.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is motivated to win new business and identify sales opportunities.
  • Can work independently and follow instructions.
  • Possesses excellent numeric, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Is self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Builds relationships and has strong negotiation skills.
  • Is professional, organized, and computer literate (MS Office, CRM).
  • Can collaborate effectively with marketing, finance, and production teams.
  • Has previous Foodservice sales experience (preferred but not essential).
