SPP Flexible Packaging Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth with a genuine hunter instinct and technical credibility. You’ll own your patch, build a pipeline, visit clients across the UK, and work closely with a Director to shape strategy.

We're a family-run, dynamic, fast-growing flexible packaging business looking for a Business Development Manager with a genuine hunter instinct and the technical grit to back it up.

The Role

This is a technical, value-based sale — you'll be trusted to run your own patch, sourcing your own opportunities, building your own pipeline, and getting stuck into the technical detail that turns a conversation into a won account. The role is focused on quality relationships over quick wins, building influence as high up the customer as possible. It's a role that rewards genuine craft and patience with real, tangible results.
