Job description

Role Overview:

Andersen EV is the UK leading provider of premium electric vehicle home charging points, partnering with car manufacturers including Porsche and Jaguar Land Rover. We are seeking three energetic and results-oriented sales professionals to join our Business Development Manager team. Candidates should have several years of field sales experience interfacing with B2B customers such as wholesalers and car retailers.

Location & Remuneration:

We are hiring for three positions covering:

  • South of England
  • North of England
  • The West Country

These roles are primarily field-based with occasional reporting to our Head Office in Bedfordshire. Applicants should reside near the respective geographical areas.

An attractive salary package is offered, with a base salary and an OTE potential of £55,000.

Key Duties:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our presence in the EV charging market, with support from the sales team and Head of Sales.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including OEMs, trade partners, and wholesalers.
  3. Plan activities to meet sales targets and KPIs, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
  4. Receive full product training and ongoing support.

Applicants should have a natural sales ability, at least two years of B2B field sales experience, and the ability to work efficiently at a fast pace handling multiple tasks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, and an interest in e-mobility is advantageous.
