About the role:

The role focuses on sales and distribution, aiming to expand market share worldwide through geographical expansion and development of sales networks. Responsibilities include maximizing sales revenue via country distributors and direct customer accounts, with significant travel involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales in assigned markets
  • Expanding product range and finding new distributors
  • Devising sales and execution strategies to increase revenue
  • Driving sales through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Expanding country entry and distribution in emerging markets
  • Formulating trade marketing schemes
  • Implementing sales processes and automation
  • Penetrating key accounts
  • Monitoring credit and receivables
  • Achieving sales targets and reporting
  • Driving margins and budget utilization
  • Managing manpower productivity
  • Participating in international trade exhibitions and travel
