THE ROLE
This growing agency are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team, dedicated to fostering our continued growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and cultivating relationships. This role will leverage your expertise in sales and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying potential opportunities and key decision makers within prospective client accounts
Engaging in industry events, conducting research, initiating calls, arranging strategic meetings, and generating new prospects
Overseeing sales processes and monitoring incoming briefs on designated accounts
Collaborating with Project Managers to support new pitch endeavors
Conducting regular client visits, both with existing and potential clients
Compiling monthly progress reports
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will possess robust sales and relationship-building experience, coupled with a solid understanding of AV equipment and production processes. Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing targets in a target-driven environment is essential. Candidates should have technical expertise within the events sector, gained from experience in an agency, technical supplier, or venue setting.
