Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The role involves engaging with Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Operations Departments, as well as external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other stakeholders to improve business performance, reputation, and ensure healthy, sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand distribution and establish sales channels for both domestic and commercial charging products & solutions.
  • Develop and establish strategic relationships with influential OEM partners in categories such as AC EV chargers and DC fast chargers.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  • Engage regularly with clients' decision-makers to perform primary duties.
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large brand distribution or OEM opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management teams to achieve sales goals.

Key Attributes:

  • A university degree in marketing or business studies, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of electrical products, especially home security & surveillance, household sensors & alarms, power strips, or light sockets.
  • Experience in EV charging infrastructure is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Full clean driver’s license.
