Awaze is expanding the UK holiday home portfolio with a dedicated Business Development Manager in Dartmouth. You’ll own local property acquisitions, engage homeowners, and onboard new properties while representing the Awaze and cottages.com brands across the region.
Based in or around Dartmouth, you’ll travel regularly to properties and use data to optimize growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

As our new Business Development Manager - Dartmouth, your mission is to drive the growth of our UK holiday home portfolio by identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality properties in line with our ambitious growth targets. Acting as a passionate ambassador for Awaze and cottages.com, you’ll build strong, lasting relationships with homeowners and partners, helping to expand our presence and deliver outstanding commercial results.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be based in or around Dartmouth and hold a full, clean driving licence, as regular travel to properties across the region is required.

This is a field-based role with regular travel across Dartmouth and surrounding areas. You should be comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule, while also maintaining close collaboration with UK offices and colleagues. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
