Job Description:

We want you to build upon our existing superb reputation as the go too Company for multiple occupancy housing association contracts.

You will:

  • Drive the Business sales with high energy and focus.
  • Be hands on and willing to get stuck in as required.
  • Grow and nurture your support network.
  • Be organised and focussed on delivering the plan.
  • Build upon our great reputation.
  • Have had previous leadership roles.
  • Be experienced dealing with housing associations and tender processes.
  • Live and breath the huge growth vision RSK have committed too in this sector.

Industry experience is not required, you are supported directly by motivated and enthusiastic Engineers with decades of hands on experience, both in the Company as well as your partner Calibrate Energy Engineering who share the delivery of the goals.

Responsibilities;

  • Being at the coal face leading from the front.
  • Working closely with the MD and support network
  • Building and driving the sales to meet targets.
  • Liaising with clients regarding fees, timescales and project deliverables.
  • Developing new clients and areas of business

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Technical sales background a must.
  • Demonstrable success in business start up or rapid small team growth.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Sound understanding of all commercial aspects associated with projects/fees..
  • Ability to work alongside large parent organisation.
