Business Development Manager – Exhibitions & Live Events

Are you a natural relationship builder with a solid background in business development for exhibitions or live events? We're looking for someone who’s confident, proactive, and ready to take on new opportunities. The client is a global experiential marketing agency that helps brands bring their events to life. Previous projects include work in Sports, Festivals, and Tech.

The Role:

You will be responsible for bringing in new business across the UAE (and occasionally beyond), crafting standout proposals, and working closely with internal teams to deliver engaging event experiences. This is a fully remote role with occasional office visits in the West Midlands.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and managing relationships with new clients
  • Writing compelling proposals and pitch documents
  • Identifying new opportunities and following up on leads
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop winning solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in business development within the exhibitions or events industry
  • A confident communicator who enjoys pitching and presenting
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours as needed
