We're looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing team, based in Sheffield. You'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with broker members and insurer partners, acting as a trusted adviser, champion and connector. If you enjoy building strong partnerships, spotting commercial opportunities and influencing business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our member brokers by promoting insurer partnerships, facilitating business opportunities and ensuring members maximise the benefits available through the network.
You'll be the go-to contact for members and insurer partners, helping to resolve challenges, drive engagement and identify opportunities for business development and growth.
We're looking for a commercially focused insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering results.
You'll have:
CII qualifications (or working towards them) and experience using broker management systems and management information tools.
