Manchester City is a football club rooted in East Manchester, with a story that began in 1880 and continues to grow today. Built on resilience, belief and togetherness, success on the pitch is driven by the moments and memories shared with millions of Fans around the world. You will also host prospects on matchdays, support face-to-face meetings and bring a professional, informed approach to every customer interaction.

Success in the role will come from combining commercial instinct with strong organisation and consistent follow-through. You will work closely with colleagues across Hospitality and wider commercial teams to shape ideas, test new approaches and help deliver a high-quality experience for domestic and international clients.
