Business Development Manager - North
Permanent
£30-35K per annum DOE
Competitive OTE scheme, £500 per month car allowance

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them at an exciting time in the Company’s growth to assist them in continuing to deliver an outstanding service to their clients.

About Our Client

They are one of the leading experts in specialised people tracing and asset repatriation services worldwide and their expertise and reputation for quality has been developed over almost 60 years.

They work for a diverse range of clients including professional services firms, financial institutions and public bodies, from all sectors.

What you’ll be doing

You will join the team and through training, develop an understanding of the business across its core solution areas in order to build, nurture and maximise solicitor firm relationships by phone, email and social media across all services.

You will work in line with strategy plans as set out and agreed with your line manager to drive lead generation and meet the business’ sales targets.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Building, nurturing and maximising relationships with new and existing legal clients.
  • Generating new leads from new and existing legal clients through technical presentations of their niche service propositions for private client practitioners.
  • Developing and managing your own business pipeline to deliver against individual targets.

The ideal candidate

They understand you may not have all of the below skills or experience, but they would encourage you to apply if you have some of the below:

  • Previous experience in a field-based sales or target driven role, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills, including objection handling.
  • Experience of working to set KPI’s and objectives.

Need to know

Salary: 30-35K per annum DOE, competitive OTE scheme, car allowance

Location: Remote, covering the North West region with quarterly visits to their offices in Bristol

Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible working

Start date: Flexible, ASAP preferred
