Senior Business Development Manager London / Hybrid Up to £65k + Comms

The Business:

One of the most well-known event organisers in the world, winning accolades such as 'Best Place to Work' multiple times.

They focus on culture, support, and development. With over 100 events across the globe, this business is experienced in creating innovative, creative, and industry-leading events regardless of location. Their growth has been unstoppable in recent years!

The Position:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will have direct line management of two Sales Managers. This is a senior role within the business and its portfolio. Line management, strategic direction, revenue generation, and team leadership are key responsibilities.

You will work alongside the Event Director and other senior members to drive new business, overcome challenges, and generate fresh ideas. We are looking for someone who can bring something different to the team.

They already have two excellent Sales Managers; therefore, they are not seeking to add a third but rather someone with a unique approach.

About You:
  • Team management experience within events
  • Ability to generate revenue and willing to continue this within the role
  • Strategic, commercial, and driven
  • Creative and different from typical sales managers
  • Comfortable with travel
