The Job

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a well-established orthopaedics company, a global leader in manufacturing and distributing orthopaedic products. The Role of the Business Development Manager

• Sell the entire orthopaedic product portfolio to NHS & Private Hospitals
• Spend significant time in theatre, engaging with surgeons and procurement teams
• Manage multi-tier sales processes
• Cover the South East region, mainly Surrey, West Sussex, and Oxfordshire

The Ideal Person

• Experience selling orthopaedic products in theatre, particularly trauma or extremities
• Experience working alongside orthopaedic surgeons in theatre
• Existing contacts within the patch are preferred
• Dynamic, proactive, with a good sense of humor and passion
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, business acumen, self-management, and sales strategy
