The role involves supporting management in driving new business opportunities, with a strong focus on strategic planning and nurturing client relationships. Oxford PharmaGenesis has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Business Growth & Partnerships Team.
In this role, you will support our local management teams and client teams with the development of new and existing business opportunities.
Reporting to the Client Partnerships Director, you will be curious, proactive, and passionate about business development. You will think strategically about client challenges that we can address through our unique HealthScience approach. You will be familiar with requests for information, requests for proposals, and pitches, enabling us to have a consistent and integrated approach to business development.
The Business Growth & Partnerships Team is mainly based in Oxfordshire and London, and so this role will suit someone who can commute to one of our Oxford offices or to our London office at least twice each week.
