A prominent financial institution is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business in the mortgage sector. This role requires a proactive individual with solid B2B sales experience and strong relationship-building skills, located within specified UK regions. As our Business Development Manager , you’ll join a high performing region to play a key role in driving new business and championing our award-winning mortgage proposition initially across our West Midlands and South Wales region.

You’ll be the face of Aldermore for your panel of brokers, out on the road and on the phone. Building trusted relationships, providing expert support, and helping them find the right solutions for their clients.
