This role is suitable for an experienced Sales Professional from a Self-Adhesive Labelstock / Material Background – either from the Supplier or Customer side – Convertors, Printers and Packers.

They design, develop, and manufacture labeling solutions under one roof for a diverse customer base, including Convertors, Printers, and Packers. These solutions are used in packaging for some of the world's most recognized brands across various sectors, ensuring top performance and functionality through collaboration with suppliers and clients.
The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and expand the Northern UK territory, which has seen significant expansion over the past decade.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role involves the management and development of existing accounts on a day-to-day basis.
Personal Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of growing sales in a B2B commodity market and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Experience
Experience in the pressure sensitive market is essential.
The candidate should be self-motivated, results-oriented, positive, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
Strong planning, organization, maturity, credibility, and excellent communication skills are required. The candidate must be well-presented and professional.
Professional training in sales development and relationship selling is preferred.
An understanding of basic marketing principles, including market sector targeting, product offer development, and features-benefits-solutions selling, along with excellent IT and communication skills, is necessary.
