Job summary

HMA Tax, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow our Capital Allowances consultancy with UK businesses. This remote role focuses on the London area, with quarterly visits to our Worcester head office.

You will develop and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, while delivering expert advice on Capital Allowances and related tax services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in selling tax consultancy services, particularly in a business-to-business context.
• Understanding of Capital Allowances or Research & Development Tax.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Basic salary negotiable (depending on experience), £80K OTE + Uncapped commission with top performers earning £100K+
