Join Our Team – Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our thriving community of wellness professionals. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, commercially minded, and results-driven, with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that ultimately result in booked tours.
  2. Provide regular updates to your team about objectives and processes.
  3. Develop and handoff leads through sales processes.
  4. Work with the team to achieve monthly team goals.
  5. Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data.
  6. Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity identification.
  7. You are a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the Inbound team in order to achieve team goals.
  8. Work towards/maintain 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals/meetings set.
  9. Communicate with the marketing team to ensure the highest conversion rate of booked tours/meetings set.
  10. Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of sales experience in startups and/or entrepreneurial environments.
  2. Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful.
  3. Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM.
  4. Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing, and handoff sales.
  5. Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable.
  6. Experience working on a team and leading a team-player mentality.
  7. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  8. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  9. Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
