Job summary

Air in Gloucester is seeking a Telephone Business Development Manager to proactively engage with financial advisers by outbound calling, promoting AIR's proposition, and supporting advisers to maximise our technology and services.

This fully onsite role offers up to £30,000 plus a monthly bonus of up to £250, a generous holiday allowance and wellbeing and charity days, with a collaborative team focused on growth and adviser engagement.

We're looking for a Telephone Business Development Manager to proactively engage with financial advisers through telephone based business development activity, promoting AIR's proposition and supporting advisers to maximise their use of AIR's technology and services.

What You'll Be Doing

Building relationships with financial advisers through outbound business development activity

Promoting AIR's products, services, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns

Supporting advisers to maximise their use of AIR's technology solutions

Driving adviser engagement and activity across the AIR platform

Working closely with the Head of Distribution to support business objectives

Monitoring adviser activity and identifying opportunities to increase engagement

Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems

Working towards agreed KPIs, activity measures and business development targets

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from people with experience in:

• Account management

You’ll also have:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The confidence to engage professionally with financial professionals
• The ability to influence behaviour and drive engagement
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Experience within financial services is desirable but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £30,000 per annum

Monthly bonus opportunity of up to £250
