Job summary

Air Club, part of The Key Group, seeks a Telephone Business Development Manager to engage financial advisers by phone and online, promoting AIR’s proposition and supporting advisers to maximise AIR technology. The role focuses on adviser engagement, platform activity, and driving sessions, illustrations and completions.

You will work with the Head of Distribution to meet KPIs, promote campaigns, and maintain records in CRM while building knowledge of the later life lending market and AIR’s

Qualifications

• Experience within outbound customer service, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage confidently and professionally with financial professionals.
• Proven ability to influence behaviours and drive customer engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate weekly with Head of Distribution to support leadership objectives.
• Monitor adviser activity to identify opportunities to engage with AIR’s services.
• Promote AIR’s products, services, system functionality, webinars and campaigns.
• Contact financial advisers to build relationships via outbound calls.
• Deliver excellent service across telephone, email and online channels.
• Develop knowledge of the later life lending market and AIR’s proposition.
• Maintain CRM records of adviser interactions and outcomes.
• Achieve KPIs and business targets.
