Job summary

Search is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client’s Pre-Construction team and drive growth across Scotland and the North of England. You will build long-term client relationships, spot new opportunities, and represent a well-established civil engineering business within the industry.

The role involves developing and strengthening relationships, pursuing opportunities, attending client meetings and industry events, collaborating with Estimating and Marketing teams,

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering, construction or related industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, organised and relationship-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
