EA Associates in Essex is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for the main contracting operation. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with developers and clients, and shape the pipeline of construction and refurbishment projects.
Working with Directors, you will influence BD strategies, attend client meetings and industry events, and leverage an established regional network to open doors and secure repeat business across Essex and Suffolk.
Our client is an ambitious and growing Essex-based construction contractor, delivering a range of new build, refurbishment and specialist construction projects across Essex, Suffolk and the surrounding areas.
Operating as part of an established group of construction businesses, they benefit from in-house expertise across carpentry, fire doors, finishing trades and associated building works.
