Job description

Clarity Pharma Ltd, founded in 1999, is a leading provider of Pharmaceutical & Health Distribution services. We offer bespoke end-to-end distribution solutions, leveraging the latest market insights and strategies. Our company collaborates with various manufacturers to provide storage and distribution services, supplying to wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals.

We are expanding our Dispensing Doctor/GP team and are seeking a Business Development Manager to join us.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop new business through direct phone sales
  • Manage a database of existing and target customers
  • Proactively contact existing customers to maintain and grow accounts
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with departments to gather product information for query resolution
  • Develop knowledge of our product range and industry to provide excellent customer service
  • Process orders efficiently
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders for accounts
  • Communicate offers to target customers regularly
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Follow procedures for tasks and requests, including logging and progress chasing
  • Perform departmental administrative tasks as required
Person Specification
  • Previous telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven sales record with commitment to targets and deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment for business decisions
  • Excellent computer skills and communication abilities
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Proactive, hardworking, with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident and innovative approach to work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
