Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves selling industrial IT and computer-based solutions, including embedded PCs, embedded computers, industrial computers, edge computing, IoT solutions, industrial networking, and edge connectivity.

The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK and should have a proven track record in selling high-value projects within industrial IT solutions, hardware and software integration, embedded systems, IoT, and related fields.

This is a fully remote position responsible for developing new business across the UK.

Package:
  • Up to £70,000 depending on experience
  • Car allowance: £500 per month
  • Uncapped commission based on high-value orders, with higher percentages for new projects

Role Responsibilities:
  • Selling industrial IT & computer-based solutions, including IT integration, embedded systems, edge computing, and IoT
  • Covering the UK remotely
  • Handling projects typically valued between £500,000 and £1 million
  • Selling into sectors such as Defence, Healthcare, Automation, Transportation, and Communications
  • Developing new business and managing existing accounts
  • Engaging in networking activities at industry events
  • Collaborating with the bid team to prepare sales proposals
  • Working with the marketing team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar
  • Knowledge of industrial IT and computer-based solutions, including hardware/software integration, embedded systems, IoT, and industrial networking
  • Successful track record in project or solution selling
