Job summary

• Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans and account growth initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-added solutions that deliver measurable benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, procurement, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.
• Contribute to partnership, alliance, and acquisition opportunities where relevant.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and business development reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management role, ideally within industrial, engineering, energy, or technical markets.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Experience in developing and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting financial and operational data.
• Ability to develop business plans and implement growth strategies.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly understand technical products, services, and customer requirements.
• Education: Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial principles, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.
