Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to sell loading bay safety solutions across warehouses, focusing on end users and 3PLs within the M25 corridor. The role targets £350k-£500k of new business annually with a premium capital equipment offering.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial equipment sales, a proven hunter background, and the ability to win across cold storage, distribution centres and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial equipment sales to end users.
• Proven hunter with field sales track record in BD.
• Experience selling into warehouse facilities.
• Comfortable selling premium solutions.
• Self-starter with coachable mentality.

Responsibilities

• Field sales role promoting loading bay safety solutions.
• Target cold storage, distribution centres, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and retail.
• Sell directly to end users and 3PLs; manage new business development.
• Work with a national team to bring in substantial new revenue.
