Mauve Group is seeking a proactive, commercially minded business developer to drive growth in interiors, fit-out and construction. You will identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and manage a robust pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting.

The role involves leading client meetings, PQQs and tenders, while monitoring market trends to support strategic growth. Hybrid working with generous benefits and travel opportunities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within interiors, fit-out and construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, PQQs, tenders and business development activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support growth plans.
