Job Description:
The Sales & Investor Relations Manager is an experienced client relationship management professional responsible for building a network of relationships with key fund managers & institutional investors in the Middle East Region.
The role requires:
- Persuasive communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to cross-sell
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Good phone manners and sales skills; presentation and public speaking skills are a plus
- Drafting and collecting feedback from investor calls and meetings to assist Program Directors in preparing agendas
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Discernment of priorities
- Understanding of the territory and ability to grow within the market
- Self-starter and resilient attitude
- Team player
- Knowledge of the investment management industry and investor client base, with curiosity to learn more
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Interest in global news and understanding of regional social, political, and economic trends affecting the investment industry
- Experience in audience development planning
- Ability to manage event project timelines and coordinate with the IR team
- Capability to grow new business and strengthen existing relationships
- Regular communication with investors via face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Boomset, and other CRM tools related to event planning
- Ability to collaborate with Marketing on lead generation projects and communicate audience targets
- Coordination with Program Directors, Client Coordinators, and Logistics Managers for event planning
