Job summary

KEYENCE Corporation in the UK is seeking a proactive graduate to join as a Business Development Graduate, starting Summer 2027 across Uxbridge, Birmingham, Manchester or Newcastle. This fast-paced role puts you at the heart of consultative field sales, owning your territory from day one.

You’ll begin with intensive training and a mix of client visits and office prospecting, building a strong sales foundation and progressing through leadership development.

• A degree in any discipline.
• Highly motivated and resilient with a commercial mindset.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Territory management: visit customers, manage accounts and win business through product demonstrations and expert consultative selling.
• Field/office split: typically 3 field days and 2 office days for prospecting, follow-ups, pipeline management.
• Training & development: intensive induction followed by structured development in sales, leadership and management.
• Collaboration: work with your team and cross-functional experts to deliver tailored solutions and exceed customer expectations.
