Trowers & Hamlins LLP in Manchester is seeking a Business Development Executive for a 12-month fixed term contract to support our Real Estate and Banking & Finance teams with marketing initiatives, client relationships and growth.

You will drive business development activities, coordinate campaigns and events, and collaborate with partners and the marketing team to enhance client engagement and the firm’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a marketing or business development role within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive team player with enthusiasm, drive and a genuine interest in business development.
• Flexible to support events and activities outside normal office hours when required.

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing & Business Development department on a 12-month fixed term contract at either our Birmingham or Manchester office. As a Business Development Executive you'll be supporting our Real Estate and Banking & Finance teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering business development and marketing activity that supports the growth ambitions of our practice groups.

• Support the delivery of business development and marketing plans across key practice areas.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, seminars and client-facing initiatives.
• Produce and manage marketing content, legal updates and directory submissions.

The Candidate

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic business development professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering high-quality work.

• At least three years' experience in a marketing or business development role within a professional services or B2B environment.
