Job summary

Metric is a New York-founded global staffing firm with seven offices across the UK and US. We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our Nottingham team and learn from some of the industry’s highest-performing recruiters, including consultants billing over $1M.

No recruitment experience needed—training and support are provided. As a Business Development Executive, you will build client relationships, source and manage top candidates, and collaborate with decision-makers across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a resilient work ethic.
