Metric is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Leeds for an October 2026 start, to join our executive search team. You will build client relationships, source and manage top candidates, and place talent into niche US markets.

You’ll undergo a world-leading 2-week intensive training programme and work in a high-performance sales environment, with rapid career progression and relocation opportunities across the US and UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
• Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
