What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business in high-growth markets.
  • Expand Our Reach: Develop strategies to enter new markets and customer segments.
  • Boost Brand Visibility: Represent Resonate at industry events and build strategic partnerships.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with aerospace manufacturers, battery developers, and government agencies.
  • Lead Proposals: Craft compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with technical teams to align services with market needs.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years in business development or technical sales (ideally in aerospace, energy storage, or testing)
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing market share
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Right to work in the UK and EU
