What you'll be doing:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. You’ll work across a variety of industries, building relationships with key decision-makers and positioning the company’s services as a vital resource for their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective clients across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of the company’s services.
  • Track and manage sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

What you'll need to apply

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear, relatable manner.
