Job summary

Macclesfield College’s Macclesfield Campus is seeking a Business Development Executive to support the Apprenticeship Team and ensure high-quality learner and employer outcomes.

You will play a key role in developing employer accounts, contributing to strategic planning, and promoting a culture of excellence across the college. The role offers professional development, generous leave, and a commitment to equality and outstanding Ofsted readiness.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Two professional referees to cover a five-year period.
• Health Declaration for any health conditions or disabilities requiring adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Reflect the vision, mission, aims and values of the college.
• Support the College’s Aims and Objectives at all times.
• Contribute to business planning, monitoring and review with the Manager and Directors.
• Contribute to team development and training activities.
• Develop and grow key employer accounts in line with the College’s Strategic Plan and Apprenticeship Learning to meet targets.
• Develop and sustain a cross-College approach to meet employer workplace development needs.

The Role:

To provide support to the Apprenticeship Team in order to ensure that the provision:

Main Duties for this role include:
