Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll lead strategic client engagements, drive complex solution sales, and close high-value opportunities across a diverse range of B2B and B2C companies – without industry limitations. You’ll work closely with technical teams and global partners like AWS to craft solutions that generate real business impact.

We are hiring multiple new team members and are open to both senior and junior candidates. However, for this role, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT services sector and a proven track record in solution selling is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with large-scale, strategic clients
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in cloud, data, and AI services
  • Deliver compelling presentations to C-level decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor on customer needs and solution strategies
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline using CRM tools
  • Navigate complex procurement and contracting processes
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Foster close collaboration with AWS and other ecosystem partners

What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales

Solid track record in complex, consultative solution selling

Experience managing multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level sales cycles

Skilled in opportunity strategy, value messaging, and pipeline development

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficiency with modern CRM tools

Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to Have's

Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud business models

Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (AWS certifications a plus)
