Job description

Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney is working with an award-winning, premium manufacturing organisation in The Cotswolds. We are recruiting for a permanent Business Development Executive to join this successful and growing business, driven by a value-led culture.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will drive growth by building and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building partnerships and networking.

Position Details

This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a salary of £32,000 + quarterly paid performance bonus + attractive benefits. It involves working 37.5 hours per week at their Bourton-on-the-Water offices, with UK-wide travel. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Securing appointments
  2. Delivering presentations to high net worth individuals within their homes
  3. Attending architect events and building strong relationships with architects
  4. Identifying opportunities and converting leads into business
  5. Developing and owning networking contacts
  6. Staying up to date with the latest products and industry needs to meet customer requirements
Skills and Experience
  1. Proven experience in a business development role, with a track record of pursuing and securing new business opportunities
  2. Experience in the architectural industry or built environment is essential
  3. Experience working with premium or luxury brands is essential
  4. A results-driven, 'hunter' sales mentality with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Confidence in discussing technical information
