Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Director with a strong background in interior design. Our client, a renowned interior design studio specialising in multi-disciplinary interior design, is looking for someone to join their team and contribute to expanding their business and client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the studio’s vision and goals.
  • Represent the studio at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote its services.
  • Work closely with design and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional execution of projects.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline development, market shifts, and competitor activity.
  • Be heavily involved in the ongoing strategy and long term vision planning for the business.

About You

  • Well-Connected: You have an established network within the UK and UAE’s interior design markets.
  • Proven Success: You bring a strong track record in business development, sales, or account management in the luxury or interior design sectors.
