Business Development Director – Facilities
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Great Commission
We are looking for a superstar Business Development Director to lead this established team including 2 BDM’s to continued success. Your overall responsibility will be to improve the market position and continued financial growth of the company. This will be both a strategic and sales role, as well as overseeing the direct team you will have dotted lines into all aspects of the business.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent client and consultant relationships and have a pipeline in your back pocket. Excellent technical ability and confidence in bid writing along with all aspects of the tender process including HR are required to succeed.
Your experience within Facilities and IFM sales will stand you in a great place to hit the ground running. Senior sales experience in other property or catering backgrounds will be considered.
