CBTax is a fast-growing, award-winning R&D tax consultancy with offices in Manchester and Northampton. We’re seeking graduates to join a high-performance sales programme, offering real-world training, uncapped earnings, and exposure to high-value clients from day one.

This is open to graduates from any degree background, with drive, coachability and a desire to win. You’ll learn consultative selling, prospect leads, and qualify opportunities while using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and sequencing tools

Qualifications

• Recent graduates from any degree discipline welcomed; no sales experience required.
• Strong communicator with confident phone manner and present in person.
• Money-motivated with uncapped commission and £50k OTE in year one.
• Able to learn consultative selling and identify decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Learn consultative selling, objection handling, and R&D tax fundamentals.
• Prospect leads, identify decision-makers, and open conversations with business owners, directors and C-suite.
• Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings (pipeline is your main metric).
• Structure your day using Salesforce, sequencing tools and LinkedIn.
• Shadow live deals and gain mentorship from top-performing sales pros.

Salary : base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k in your first year)

Location : Northampton (Office-based)

In This Role You'll

• Learn consultative selling, objection handling, R&D tax fundamentals and high-impact outreach from top performers
• Prospect leads, identify decision-makers, and open conversations with business owners, directors and C-suite
• Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings (pipeline is your main metric)
• Structure your day like a pro using Salesforce, sequencing tools and LinkedIn
• Refine your pitch weekly using real client and peer feedback
• Shadow live deals and soak up mentorship from high-performing sales pros
• Gain cross-functional exposure across technical consultancy, operations and client delivery
