Overview:

SciPro is partnered with a high-growth, commercial-stage spin-out specialising in AI-powered imaging biomarkers to support clinical decision-making. Following a significant funding round led by leading PE backers, they are looking for a Business Development Associate to join the team. The role involves driving the expansion of the business in Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential partners in pharma, biotech, and MedTech
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure with internal team support
• Contribute to strategic planning through market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment
• Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and uncover new commercial opportunities

Requirements:

• Life Sciences academic background, ideally with experience in business development, sales, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A problem solver with experience handling objections
• Located or in commutable distance to Oxford
