InfiniteCFO Limited in London is seeking a driven Business Development and Marketing Executive. The role combines sales, partnerships, and marketing with a focus on embedding AI into workflows and accelerating adoption across the business.
You will work a hybrid model with two days a week in our office near Liverpool Street, while engaging in events and partner meetings to grow the brand and client base.
InfiniteCFO provides finance-as-a-service for scaling companies, supporting founders, CFOs and investors with the clarity and confidence to scale. We provide a truly integrated and fractional virtual finance team, provided to our clients at the right time with the right expertise to help grow their businesses.
Our focus is founder led, investor backed, high growth companies. We are CFO-led, having a growth orientated inside-out perspective and become embedded in our customer’s business and teams so that we are best placed to identify and solve their challenges. Our CFOs have built and scaled businesses themselves and have experience of the growth journey from start to exit. We provide Financial Operations, Strategic Finance and Transaction Readiness.
We are looking for a bright and driven London-based individual who is hungry to build a broad commercial skillset and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As Business Development and Marketing Executive, you will join us at an exciting point where referral demand and partner interest means we need to grow the team. This new role reflects our commitment to building out our sales and marketing function and gives you the opportunity to help shape how InfiniteCFO builds its brand and partnerships. We work with AI-native founders, and you will help us further embed AI into all of our own workflows and accelerate adoption across the business. Day to day, you will be hands-on with partnerships, events, LinkedIn, marketing content and live proposals, with real scope for you to build out your own role as our sales and marketing function grows.
We will support your development with a personal growth plan that we build together, along with close mentorship from the Director of Business Operations and our Chief Revenue Officer. You will gain a strong understanding of how a scaling business operates through our regular lunch and learns, speakers and internal training. We will also invest in further relevant training, agreed as part of your growth plan.
You’ll be London-based, with flexibility to work remotely, but with an expectation of 2 days a week in our office, which is by Liverpool Street Station. The role involves regular in-person attendance at London events (which are often in the early evening) and partner meetings.
