Business Developer, (6 month FTC), Amazon Freight Partners

*** Please note this a 6 month Fixed Term Contract - Relocation and VISA cannot be offered for this role ***

Our partner entrepreneur network is the backbone of our business model, and we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help us cultivate and strengthen these critical relationships. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting high-potential entrepreneurs, onboarding them into our program, and ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive.

Please note, this role can be based out of London, Munich or Berlin.

Key job responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new partner entrepreneurs by guiding them through the established hiring processes
- Refine the value proposition of the program based on learnings and insights gained from on-the-ground experience
- Maintain high levels of engagement with customers (partner entrepreneurs) and proactively identify any challenges they are facing
- Enhance the way the organization engages with partners and improve the services provided to increase quality and efficiency
- Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders across the program portfolio
- Identify and spearhead new projects or initiatives aimed at solving partner pain points and improving the overall partner experience

- A degree
- English proficiency
- Relevant experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Relevant experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Relevant experience with sales CRM tools

- French or German proficiency
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Relevant experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
