Job description

The Role

As the Marketing Analyst, you will collaborate with the wider business to analyze data using quantitative methods to solve complex problems and generate user insights.

You will focus on supporting marketing efforts (offline and online advertising, website optimization) and improving measurement and reporting across all marketing functions. You will lead data insights and identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue, impacting the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing by enabling data-driven decision-making through building actionable reports.
  • Assist in automating data extraction and key data points, and help automate processes.
  • Act as an advocate for data and analytics, demonstrating their value in enrollment, customer experience, and new acquisitions.
  • Contribute to channel attribution modeling, budget planning, A/B testing, CRO, and website analytics.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions related to spend, lead generation, opportunity creation, engagement & retention, and ROI.
  • Gather and interpret customer data from various sources, identify trends, and drive improvements using analytics.
  • Create dashboards to monitor web analytics and the customer journey from lead to enrollment.
  • Understand APIs and how to integrate first-party data (preferably CRM – Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Investigate data errors and inconsistent trends thoroughly.
  • Continuously develop web, social, media, and analytics strategies, including journey analytics, digital effectiveness, and attribution.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience supporting a marketing function as an analyst.
  • Deep knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Clicktale, Crazy Egg, Optimizely, Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps) and their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
