Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Digital Transformation Analyst or similar role.
• Strong process mapping and business process improvement capability.
• Experience reviewing business systems and software applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and document current-state processes across key business areas.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Design future-state processes aligned with operational needs and systems.
• Support standardisation across regions and business units.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and build consensus.
• Produce business cases and priority recommendations for systems and processes.
• Review and assess existing systems and software platforms.
• Evaluate opportunities for automation using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with IT and partners to improve system performance and reporting.
