Location: Llanelli

Grade: Grade F +8% Shift Allowance

Salary: £29,928 - £34,113pa

You will be responsible for the effective supervision of the catering outlet at the exciting new development at Canolfan Pentre Awel, Llanelli. Using your experience in the hospitality industry, you will coordinate the team, lead food and beverage preparation, and oversee the operational day-to-day service delivery.

Placing the customer’s needs at the heart of everything we do, you will strive to make the catering provision a quality service that excels in customer service, catering quality, and financial performance.
