About the role

The Compliance team supports the business by developing and launching innovative features for millions of customers globally.

The Loyalty department manages several non-banking features, including bookings for Stays and Experiences. They collaborate with merchants to find the best deals and manage Revolut’s first debit card loyalty program to deliver ongoing customer value.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager responsible for advising department heads on compliance requirements and controls within the first line of defense.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing compliance expertise to the first line of defense and offering solutions to compliance challenges
• Acting as a stakeholder between the first and second lines of defense compliance teams
• Guiding our features through complex regulatory landscapes
• Ensuring smooth, compliant, and proactive product launches
• Identifying potential compliance risks in our offerings
• Developing strategies to stay ahead of regulatory challenges
• Collaborating across teams to design compliance policies that meet legal standards and support business growth
• Empowering product teams with knowledge and tools to integrate compliance seamlessly into innovation
• Serving as the expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring successful audits
• Leading in regulatory reporting and engagement standards

What you’ll need

• A degree from a top-tier university
• Experience in regulatory compliance
• Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing tech company
• A strong understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience in loyalty program compliance
